Thirty days to change your mind, two years of warranty on everything, and a repair bench rather than a distributor's phone queue.
Shop all gearUnused, undamaged gear can come back within 30 days for a refund, in its packaging, with the accessories it shipped with. Grinders that have been used can still come back under the warranty if they are faulty, which is a different process and starts with an email.
Wear parts are not warranty: burrs, gaskets and filters are consumables and are priced as such. Everything else is covered for two years, repairs are done here, and a machine we cannot fix is replaced.
